The applicant will be responsible for providing in person and remote technical support to three manufacturing facilities located in Struthers and Boardman.
The applicant will provide first line support during normal office hours and second line support at other times.
A qualified applicant will be able to successfully resolve issues both over the phone and in person, in the office and the manufacturing floor.

Responsibilities:
Device provisioning, including PCs, laptops, printers and handheld devices Break/fix troubleshooting of PCs, laptops, printers and handheld devices.
End user devices include Windows, Linux and Android.
New user onboarding including account creation and software setup.
Active Directory experience is a plus.
Application support for both off-the-shelf software such as Excel as well as in-house systems.
Basic network troubleshooting and setup.
Documentation of issues and resolutions in a ticketing system as well as keeping procedural documentation up to date.
