We are looking for a full-time office assistant for our location in Struthers, Ohio.
This is a casual environment with flexible hours if necessary.
Experience in QuickBooks is a must.

General office reception and administrative support Answer phone in professional manner, direct calls, detailed message taking Manage correspondences via phone or email Assist service tech with paperwork Receive and order shop parts Manage daily paperwork, data entry, invoicing through QuickBooks Manage accounts receivable and payable through QuickBooks Other office duties as assigned Requirements and
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks required Strong customer service and phone etiquette Self-starter, ability to work independently Prior experience handling office responsibilities, accounts receivable and payable a must Job Type:
